3. Hazards Identification The container is pressurised and can burst if mistreated or heated. The pressure within the container increases with temperature. Inhalation of the aerosol fumes is hazardous to health. The propellant is flammable and the vapour is heavier than air and can collect in depressions below ground level It can be ignited from distant ignition sources. The uncured product can cause irritation to the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. After curing the product is not hazardous. 4. First-aid Measures Skin contact: Remove mechanically if cured. If liquid wipe of excess then wash thoroughly with soap and water.
Eve contact: Carefully wipe away the excess. Wash with water and seek urgent medical attention.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air and if necessary seek medical advice.
Ingestion: For uncured foam remove excess to permit breathing then seek urgent medical assistance. For cured foam seek medical advice if discomfort occurs. 5. Fire-fighting Measures Extinguishing Media: Water spray. powder. foam. Do not use carbon dioxide. Additional Information: Burning produces dense acrid fumes and smoke

6. Accidental Release Measures Allow the product to cure then remove mechanically into a suitable container pending disposal. Do not flush or allow the uncured product to get into the sewer system. 7. Handling and Storage Do not expose the aerosol canister to temperatures above 50 degrees C. Protect from direct sunlight. Store canisters vertically upright in a well ventilated area. Keep out of reach of children. 8. Exposure Controls/Personal Protection Personal Protective Equipment: Wear impervious protective clothing. Hygiene: During installation do not eat. smoke or drink. Do not touch face or eves with contaminated fingers. Wash hands immediately after use. 9. Physical and Chemical Properties
10.Stability and Reactivity Stable and unreactive during normal handling and use. The canister is pressurised. Do not expose to impact damage. Do not expose the canister to temperatures in excess of 5O degrees C. Curing proceeds by absorbtion of moisture from the surrounding atmoshere and application substrates. 11. Toxicological Information Methyl diisocyanate monomer( CAS No.101-068-8 ) present in the uncured product in small quantities of less than 1% is a known respiratory sensitiser. Persons with known sensitivity or who suffer from any respiratory ailment should avoid exposure. The uncured product may also cause sensitisation by skin contact. 12. Ecological Information No information at this time. The product contains phosphates which can enter the ceo system. 13.Disposal Considerations Empty can completely. Do not puncture. The canister may be disposed of as normal waste. The can must not be punctured or burned even after use. Keep out of reach of children even when empty. Cured foam may be disposed of as normal waste.
