BARE SURFACE GRAFFITI REMOVER - Application Guide
Introduction
The purpose of this document is to give guidance to approved contractors and suppliers who are engaged in graffiti removal using Astro Bare Surface Graffiti Remover (BSGR).
BARE SURFACE GRAFFITI REMOVER
Description:
o A clear thick gel liquid.
o Water washable graffiti remover for unprotected substrates.
o Designed to remove both aerosol and marker pen graffiti from uncoated
porous surfaces gelled for easy use on vertical areas.
Instructions for use:
1. Hold cloth over top whilst opening.
2. Do not apply to sensitive material such as plastic, perspex or previously
painted surfaces. If in doubt contact the technical department of Graffiti
Magic limited or carry out a small trial application.
3. Apply a thick coat by brush - for areas of heavy graffiti apply a second
coat on the top of the first coat after a few minutes.
4. Leave until graffiti reacts – usually between 10 and 30 minutes.
5. Rinse off with copious amounts of water - for best results use a power
washer.
6. If a shadow remains then allow the surface to dry and repeat from stage
3.
Coverage:
Approximately 10 square meters per litre depending on porosity of surface.
Application Method:
o Bare Surface Graffiti Remover should be applied using a brush.
o For areas of heavy graffiti apply the second coat on the top of the
first coat after a few minutes.
Cleaning Tools:
Clean all equipment with water immediately after use.
