Intumescent Letterbox System.

The Astroflame telescopic letter box system range is specially designed to increase the safety, comfort and security of occupants against Fire, Smoke and Noise Pollution.

The range includes models which are either fire & smoke rated from 30 minutes to 1 hour particularly suitable for multiple occupancy residential buildings.

Our Astro telescopic letter box FSA also carries an Acoustic rating to 29db/Rw sound reduction criteria as outlined in Approved Document E for door sets. Tested to BS EN SO 140 it achieved better results than the standardised filly caulked benchmark test.

60 minute version available in brushed and polished stainless steel, polished brass

Other sizes available for 30 minute Fire/smoke rated or Fire/smoke & Acoustic rated are
47-52 mm & 52mm-57mm in either SA or GA finish

Other sizes available for 60 minute Fire rated or Fire/smoke & Acoustic rated are
42-47 mm & 47mm-52mm in either SS, MPS or PB finish

Optional security features for 60 Minute versions are an internal Security Cowl & Latch
