Suitable for use through a wide range of fire partition walls and floors.
Offers excellent acoustic insulation.
Maintains the thermal insulation of the trunking through the penetration.
Cost effective solution.
Fitting only requires access from one side.
Must protrude by a minimum of 10mm from the wall.
The Astroflame range of Astro FT Fire Trunking Sleeves are intended for use where plastic trunking passes through a fire rated wall. The sleeve reinstates the fire rating of the wall which would otherwise be lost.
In the event of a fire, the Astro FT Trunk Sleeve expands with the heat, crushing the trunking and closing off the hole to the fire for at least 2 hours.
The FT Trunk Sleeves are available to fit common sizes of plastic trunking and are suitable for retro fitting with access only required from one side. They are suitable for use with plastic trunking. 25mm thick wall.
Astro DS Low Profile Duct sleeves are available in the following dimensions (nominal sizes). Packed - Individually.
